Selecting and changing multiple devices

1. In Devices, select the checkboxes for the devices you want.

2. Select all matches selects all devices matching the current filters; the checkbox in the table header applies to the current page. Clear selection clears the selection.

3. Click Edit selection.

4. Under Target devices, review the selection; search and group filters help narrow it down.

5. Select an Action: Apply template, Add to group, Remove from group, Change check rules, Pause monitoring or Start monitoring.

6. Enter the values required for the action.

7. Click Show preview.

8. Review the devices and changes shown.

9. Click Apply changes.

Changing an input or the device selection requires a new preview. No more than 2.000 target devices may be selected per application.

With Change check rules, only values that have been filled in are changed. Empty fields mean Unchanged. You can select the interval, response timeout, failure threshold, and resource, interface, packet error, I/O and temperature thresholds. For shared service and resource intervals, select at least 15 seconds; a resource response timeout must be at least three seconds.
