Check delivery status and changes¶
Under the headings Email and Qisutu ticket system, the interface shows the delivery channel’s state, the number of queued notifications, the last successful delivery and any current delivery error.
Queued notifications are stored persistently. If the mail server or Qisutu is unreachable, monitoring automatically retries delivery. The interval between retries increases to 15 minutes. Check states continue to be recorded during this time. Once delivery works again, previously queued notifications may also arrive.
Queued events for the same check are sent in order. An accumulated problem is therefore processed before its subsequent recovery notification.
When changing settings, note: Disabling a delivery channel or changing its destination or device scope discards the affected queued notifications. Changing the Also report warnings selection also resets the corresponding notification selection. The new configuration then applies from the next regular checks. There is therefore no procedure for forwarding old notifications to a new recipient by changing the destination.
Settings loads the last saved configuration. If you have changed fields since then, you must confirm that these unsaved changes should be discarded. If the error message The settings have changed. Please reload. appears, another session has saved the configuration. Load the current version, reapply your desired changes and save.
