Use internal CA certificates

Email and Qisutu ticket system each have their own Custom CA certificate section. The two certificate selections are independent of each other.

1. Open the section for the affected delivery channel.

2. Under CA certificate (PEM), select the internal certificate authority’s CA certificate. It must be in PEM format and no larger than 64 KiB.

3. Test the connection using the corresponding test button.

4. Click Save notification settings.

Selecting a file initially shows not saved yet. It is only used permanently after saving. The server name must still match the server certificate.

With Remove custom certificate, you return to the operating system’s certificates after saving. This button removes the additionally stored CA; it does not disable certificate validation.
